Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Specialist II, Training & Development to manage LMS content, user roles, and regulatory documentation. You will collaborate with leaders, operations, and QA to ensure accurate records and support internal audits.

Responsibilities include creating courses, supporting Workday data transfers, and assisting in SOP revisions and assessment standards for LMS submissions. Travel to Blue Ash, OH may be required and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• LMS knowledge with instructional design and e‑learning platforms.
• Strong planning, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision in a customer‑focused team.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develops content, role builds, role maintenance and courses by working with leaders, supervisors, operations, and quality teams to ensure accurate LMS information.
• Interface with Learning resources to ensure successful transfer of information from interfaced systems (Workday and others).
• Assist in audits of LMS to monitor consistency and compliance with site goals and regulatory requirements.
• Furnishes data in support of internal and regulatory agency audits and LMS documentation.
• Assist with SOP revisions and develop assessment standards for LMS submissions.
• Provide support for coaches and managers running routine reports and assist in creating training materials.
