Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Scaled Customer Education Specialist to join our remote US team. You will lead one:many programs, live webinars, and cohort trainings for commercial and mid-market customers, making complex platform concepts accessible and actionable across industries.

You will design engaging experiences, develop training materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and long-term adoption.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering at-scale programs and live webinars or vILT to external audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with all levels of an organization.
• Ability to create digital learning assets using AI tools and authoring/editing software.
• Working grasp of instructional design and learning objectives.
• Self-directed, analytical with ability to learn new products quickly.
• Ability to analyze engagement data and iterate on content.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver and facilitate cohort-based one:many programs for customers from onboarding to advanced adoption.
• Design experiences tying physical and digital assets to live sessions or Community experiences.
• Create and adapt training materials according to product changes and audience needs.
• Leverage in-house and external tools to optimize training delivery.
• Demonstrate platform expertise and handle diverse customer questions during live sessions.
• Manage live session logistics, registrations, Q&A, polls, and follow-up resources.
• Collaborate with CS Scale and Education teams to shape content and gather feedback.
• Identify knowledge gaps and partner with teams to address them through programming.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles while scaling globally.
