Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate ML/DS/AI initiatives for a major client. You will drive cross-team collaboration, build integrated schedules, and remove blockers to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality features.

You will guide Agile ceremonies, balance scope with timelines, and report program status while prioritizing technical excellence and customer outcomes. Strong communication and TPM best-practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• 5+ years as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Experience with ML/DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Familiar with TPM best practices: schedule, risk, status reporting.
• Experience reporting program data, preferably in Jira.
• Deep knowledge of Agile and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate teams and communicate at multiple levels.
• Experience with automation/AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Preferred PMP or Scrum Master certs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end activities, build integrated schedules, remove blockers and report status.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with backlog prioritization.
• Balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Influence without authority and drive consensus among stakeholders.
