Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead ML and DS/AI initiatives across multiple teams for a major automotive entertainment client. You will coordinate schedules, remove blockers, and drive on-time delivery with a focus on agility and stakeholder alignment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a TPM/Scrum Master, strong technical background, experience with Jira, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI/Analytics, or Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Experience with ML or DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing large cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with TPM best practices: scheduling, risk mgmt, status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML and DS/AI features, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee end-to-end activities to ensure on-time delivery; build integrated schedules and remove blockers, risks and issues; report program status.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition, backlog prioritization, and dependency resolution.
• Help Engineering balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes based on priorities.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, process adherence, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Influence without authority and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders.
