Cadmus seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead ML and DS/AI initiatives across multiple engineering teams. You will own programs spanning diverse groups, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery with transparent status reporting.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, agile ceremony facilitation, and a focus on technical excellence, collaboration, and customer outcomes. US work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master in cross-functional programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML/DS/AI teams.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with TPM best practices (schedules, risks, reporting).
• Proficient in Agile and SDLC methodologies; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML and DS/AI features.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, build schedules, remove blockers, report status.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, assist with story definition and backlog prioritization.
• Balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Influence stakeholders and drive consensus across teams.
