Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead ML/DS/AI initiatives for a major automotive entertainment client. You will coordinate several engineering teams, own cross‑functional programs, and drive delivery by removing blockers and improving processes.

The role requires 5+ years as a TPM or Scrum Master, a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI/Analytics, or Engineering, strong communication, and experience with Jira and Agile/SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong proficiency with machine learning or data science teams.
• Experience managing large cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with TPM best practices: schedule development, risk management, and status reporting.
• Experience reporting program data, preferably in Jira.
• Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate teams and individuals collaboratively.
• Preferred PMP or Scrum Master certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML/DS features and capabilities.
• Oversee end-to-end activities to ensure on-time delivery with integrated schedules.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition and backlog prioritization.
• Balance scope, timeline, and quality based on priorities.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, and customer outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders and drive consensus across teams.
