Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead ML/DS/AI initiatives across multiple teams. You will coordinate schedules, remove blockers, and report status while guiding Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential to deliver high-quality products in a complex environment. The role requires 5+ years of TPM/Scrum Master experience, a relevant degree, and hands-on work with ML/AI teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML or DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing large, ambiguous cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with TPM best practices: schedule development, risk management, status reporting.
• Experience reporting program data, preferably in Jira.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML and DS/AI features and capabilities; coordinate activities with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee end-to-end activities to ensure coordination and on-time delivery; build integrated schedules and manage blockers, risks, issues; report program status.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition, backlog prioritization, and dependency resolution.
• Help Engineering balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, process adherence, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Influence without authority and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders.
