Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead ML/DS/AI initiatives for a major automotive entertainment client. You will coordinate across multiple engineering teams, drive agile processes, and report status to stakeholders, enabling on-time delivery and high-quality product features.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a TPM or Scrum Master, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and hands-on experience with Jira, Agile, and SDLC methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master, managing cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency and experience with ML/DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing large, ambiguous cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with TPM best practices (schedule, risk, status).
• Experience maintaining program data, preferably in Jira.
• Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate teams and individuals across the org.
• Business acumen and multi-level communication.
• Experience with automation/AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Preferred PMP or Scrum Master certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ML/DS/AI features across multiple engineering teams and partners.
• Oversee end-to-end activities, build schedules, remove blockers, report status.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition and prioritization.
• Balance scope, timeline, and quality based on priorities.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, and customer outcomes.
• Influence across stakeholders and drive consensus.
