Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead ML, DS/AI, data engineering and analytics initiatives for a major commercial client in the automotive entertainment space. You will own programs spanning multiple teams, remove impediments, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years TPM or Scrum Master experience, a bachelor’s degree in IS/BI/Analytics or Engineering, strong technical chops with ML/DS teams, Jira

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master, managing cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency and experience working with ML or DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing large, ambiguous, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience performing TPM best practices (schedule development, risk management, status reporting).
• Experience reporting program data, preferably in Jira.
• Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies and process adherence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate teams and individuals effectively.
• Business acumen and ability to communicate at multiple levels of the organization.
• Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
• Preferred certifications: PMP or Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML and DS/AI features.
• Oversee end-to-end activities to ensure on-time delivery with integrated schedules.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition and backlog prioritization.
• Help balancing scope, timeline, and quality.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Influence without authority and drive consensus among stakeholders.
