Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead ML/DS/AI initiatives for a major automotive entertainment client. You will own programs spanning multiple teams, drive delivery, and remove impediments through clear communication and trusted leadership.

You’ll partner with ML, data science, data engineering, and analytics teams, facilitating agile ceremonies and aligning priorities to deliver high-quality features. Eligible US work status required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML/DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing large cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with TPM best practices (schedule development, risk management, status reporting).
• Experience reporting program data, preferably in Jira.
• Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate teams and individuals effectively.
• Experience with automation/AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Preferred certifications: PMP or Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML and DS/AI features.
• Oversee end-to-end activities to ensure coordination and on-time delivery; build integrated schedules.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition, backlog prioritization, and dependency resolution.
• Help Engineering balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Influence without authority and drive consensus across stakeholders.
