Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead ML/DS/AI initiatives for a major automotive entertainment client. You will coordinate across data science, ML, data engineering and analytics teams to deliver on enterprise data needs.

You will own programs spanning multiple teams, drive delivery, remove blockers, lead Agile ceremonies, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of TPM or Scrum Master experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI/Analytics, or Engineering.
• Strong ML/DS/AI experience.
• Experience with Jira and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple engineering teams delivering ML/DS/AI features and capabilities across the company.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery; build integrated schedules and remove blockers, risks, and issues; report status.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition, backlog prioritization, and dependency resolution.
• Help teams balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, process adherence, and customer outcomes.
• Influence without authority across diverse stakeholders.
