Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. is a technology consulting and professional services firm seeking a Tier 3 IT support specialist to manage enterprise endpoint infrastructure and complex escalations.

You will work across hardware, software, and OS environments to ensure stable operations. You will build and maintain automated packaging with SCCM, administer AirWatch/Workspace ONE, support VDI sessions, and test image builds for secure endpoints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Tier 3 IT support and endpoint administration.
• Proficient with SCCM/MECM for packaging, deployments, and OSD.
• Experience with AirWatch/Workspace ONE console administration.
• VDI session administration and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with OS imaging, lockdown of restricted environments.
• Active Directory and endpoint security controls experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex Tier 3 hardware, software, and OS escalations across enterprise environments.
• Build, maintain, and execute automated application packages and OSD sequences using SCCM.
• Administer mobile device profiles, asset inventories, and management policies within AirWatch.
• Troubleshoot and support VDI user sessions, latency issues, and broker connections.
• Maintain, test, and customize secure OS image builds for institutional endpoints.
• Conduct interoperability testing and evaluate beta applications for migrations.
• Review IT hardware procurement specs and document technical resolutions.
