Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Tier 3 Support Technician to serve as the highest escalation point for complex incidents and to own Microsoft Intune endpoint management and internal support tooling. The ideal candidate is a hands-on SME who resolves issues end-to-end and drives root cause analysis across identity, security, and enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on Microsoft Intune administration experience with device config & enrollment.
• Expert-level troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, AD/Entra ID, M365, VPN, and network.
• PowerShell scripting for automations and operational efficiency.
• Experience with an enterprise ITSM platform (ServiceNow or Jira Service Management).
• Strong ITIL knowledge; ITIL Foundation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as final escalation for complex hardware, software, and network incidents.
• Own Microsoft Intune endpoint management and related tooling.
• Diagnose identity, access, and conditional access issues; RCA for recurring incidents.
• Coordinate with infra, security, and app teams to resolve root causes.
• Maintain and improve internal ITSM processes, forms, and workflows.
• Develop automation scripts to reduce repetitive Tier 1/2 work.
• Support co-managed and legacy SCCM and Jamf workloads as needed.
• Deliver professional, clear communications to stakeholders at all levels.
