Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technical Support Coordinator IV to own Tier 2 emergency roadside cases end-to-end. You decide whether to dispatch in-house or third-party help, addressing mechanical, electrical and OEM-related issues to restore uptime.

The role requires strong maintenance knowledge, diagnostic skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers during breakdowns. Willingness to work evenings, weekends and on-call is expected.

Competenze

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Five or more years in Ryder Operations (shop) preferred.
• Two or more years in Ryder operations customer service exposure preferred.
• Four or more years in transportation maintenance required.
• Two or more years in technical diagnostic and customer resolution exposure related to Ryder fleet.

Mansioni

• Assess, troubleshoot and remedy vehicle roadside breakdowns with full autonomy.
• Coordinate with RCRC and service providers; provide summaries to improve uptime.
• Provide updated technical knowledge and training materials to the maintenance team.
• Mentor Tier 1 call center, provide status updates and periodic training.
