CFS Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in a defined regional market. This remote role is open to candidates in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Connecticut and requires up to 75% travel to customers and prospects across the territory.

You will own the territory, cultivate new and existing relationships, identify opportunities for new, replacement, and expanded equipment, and manage the full sales cycle with Salesforce forecasts.

Formación

• 3-6+ years experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing or food processing industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3+ years in a relevant business field).
• Based in PA, NJ, or CT with ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a collaborative team player.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow the assigned territory by developing new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Manage new and existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for new, replacement, and expanded equipment.
• Plan territory travel strategically and maximize each trip with customer visits and prospect meetings.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data and forecasts and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Monitor sales trends and renewals to identify growth opportunities and risks.
