CFS Technologies is a family of industry-leading brands delivering dispensing, application, and hand hygiene solutions across foodservice, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and commercial markets. We seek an experienced Senior Territory Sales Manager to join our sales team in a remote role based in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Connecticut, with up to 75% travel in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years' experience selling into manufacturing or food processing or similar industries.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant business field.
• Based in PA, NJ, or CT with ability to travel throughout the territory (up to 75%).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; proficient in mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned territory growth and performance; maintain a culture of sales excellence.
• Build and maintain a network for sales lead generation and identify customer needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline, opportunities, forecasts, and Salesforce data.
• Demonstrate Meritech solutions to customers and prospects; drive new business through prospecting and follow-up.
• Manage existing customer relationships and renewals; plan territory travel and customer visits.
• Conduct site visits to assess facility needs; manage full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Maintain detailed activity reports; provide periodic forecasts to leadership.
