Job summary

CFS Technologies is seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to own and grow a Dallas-based territory with up to 75% travel across the United States. You’ll drive new business, manage relationships, and identify opportunities for equipment adoption and expansion.

You’ll be responsible for pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and presenting tailored Meritech hygiene solutions to customers in manufacturing, healthcare, and other sectors. Excellent communication is required.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years’ experience in selling into manufacturing or food processing or similar industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant business field.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time and base in the Dallas, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your assigned territory by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Own the sales pipeline, manage opportunities, deliver forecasts, and maintain Salesforce data.
• Plan and execute travel to customer sites, prospects, and events to close business.
