Job summary

CFS Technologies is seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across hygiene solutions in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Connecticut. Travel up to 75% and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6+ years of manufacturing/food processing sales experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office. Strong relationship skills and forecast accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years’ experience selling into manufacturing or food processing or similar industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3+ years working in a relevant business field).
• Based in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Connecticut with travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of your territory and drive growth and performance.
• Create a culture of sales excellence and ensure a positive customer experience across Meritech customers.
• Build and maintain a network of sources for sales lead generation.
• Identify customer needs and propose Meritech products and services accordingly.
• Own the sales pipeline and manage opportunities, forecasts, and Salesforce data.
• Demonstrate product value and drive new business through prospecting and timely follow-up.
• Manage existing relationships and seek opportunities for renewals and expanded solutions.
• Provide periodic forecasts and data to sales leadership.
