Job summary

CFS Technologies is seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to lead growth across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Connecticut. This role requires owning the territory, building new business, and managing both new and existing customer relationships with up to 75% travel.

You will identify opportunities for new, replacement, and expanded equipment, maintain a strong sales pipeline in Salesforce, and drive revenue through strategic prospecting and effective account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3+ years working in a relevant business field).
• 3-6+ years’ experience in hunting new business, preferably in manufacturing/food processing industries.
• Based in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Connecticut, with up to 75% travel.
