Job summary

CFS Technologies is seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across a defined U.S. territory. This remote role is based in Dallas, TX, with up to 75% travel and a focus on new business development, account management, and renewals.

You will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, quotes, negotiations, and close, while maintaining Salesforce forecasts and delivering customer value across industries such as foodservice, healthcare, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years’ experience in selling into manufacturing, food processing, or similar industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Based in the Dallas, TX area with ability to commute to DFW Airport and travel across assigned territory.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the territory by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Own the sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
• Drive revenue through proactive prospecting, follow-up on MQLs, and targeted outreach.
• Plan territory travel and optimize customer visits for new business opportunities.
• Close deals and manage renewals for ongoing contracts.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and performance.
