CFS Technologies is seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to own and grow the assigned Northeast territory (PA, NJ, CT). This remote role requires up to 75% travel and focuses on developing new business, managing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for new and expanded equipment.

You will maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensure accurate Salesforce forecasting, and collaborate with the sales team to hit regional KPIs.

Competenze

• 3–6+ years’ experience in selling into manufacturing or food processing or similar industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3+ years working in a relevant business field).
• Based in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Connecticut, with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
