Job summary

CFS Technologies seeks a Senior Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across a multi-state territory. This remote role is based in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Connecticut, with up to 75% travel to client sites and events.

You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build a strong pipeline, and manage renewals for Meritech solutions. Ideal candidates have 3–6+ years of B2B manufacturing or related industry experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and are proficient in

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Based in PA, NJ, or CT with ability to travel the territory.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the assigned territory to drive revenue and renewals.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
• Engage with customers to uncover needs and propose Meritech solutions.
• Lead prospecting, follow-up on MQLs, and develop opportunities.
• Maintain Salesforce data, reports, and territory plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and renewal growth.
