Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics seeks a Senior Territory Manager to lead launch excellence and expand Aquablation adoption across a strategic territory. You will develop surgeon champions, strengthen hospital partnerships, and drive growth through targeted account strategies.

You will guide physicians through the surgeon pathway in collaboration with Marketing and Clinical teams, ensuring training, workflow integration, and operational readiness. This is a high-impact, data-driven sales leadership role.

Qualifications

• Experience in launching surgical/device products is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to train and engage surgeons.
• Strong collaboration with Marketing and Clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption within high-opportunity hospitals.
• Partner with Marketing and Clinical Specialists to onboard and train new physicians.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
• Build surgeon champions and key opinion leader relationships to accelerate growth.
