Qualifications

• 8+ years in medical sales, Urology/OR preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to mentor and lead field teams
• Clinical proficiency to cover a case within 60 days

Responsibilities

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption in hospitals
• Train new physicians through the surgeon pathway
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
• Develop surgeon champions and KOL relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize scheduling and utilization
• Conduct business reviews with customers focusing on utilization data
