Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to drive launch excellence and accelerate adoption of Aquablation across a strategic territory. You will build surgeon relationships, mentor a field team, and partner with Marketing and Clinical Partners to ensure training, workflow integration, and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in medical sales, Urology / OR preferred Startup or strategic sales experience (high-growth MedTech preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead within field teams.
• Clinical proficiency within 60 days post-training program completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption within high-opportunity hospitals.
• Partner with Marketing/Clinical Specialists to onboard and train new physicians through the surgeon pathway.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth in existing and new accounts.
• Build surgeon champions and KOL relationships to accelerate growth and market penetration.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Clinical, Capital, Launch to maximize utilization and adoption.
