PROCEPT BioRobotics seeks a Senior Territory Manager to drive launch excellence for Aquablation, expand the surgeon network, and deepen hospital partnerships. You will guide physicians through the pathway, align with Marketing and Clinical teams, and ensure training, workflow integration, and operational readiness for sustained growth across strategic territories.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years in medical sales, Urology / OR preferred.
Startup or strategic sales experience (high-growth MedTech preferred).
Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead within field teams.
Clinical proficiency to cover a case independently within 60 days after training.

Lead territory strategy and drive system adoption within high-opportunity hospitals.
