PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to lead launch excellence and drive Aquablation adoption across strategic U.S. hospitals.

You will develop surgeon champions, deepen hospital partnerships, and execute growth strategies to increase procedural volume and market penetration. In this role, you will coach physicians through the pathway with Marketing and Clinical teams, ensuring training, workflow integration, and operational readiness for sustainable growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in medical sales, Urology/OR preferred.
• Startup or strategic sales experience in high-growth MedTech preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead within field teams.
• Must achieve clinical proficiency to cover a case independently within 60 days post-training.

Aufgaben

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption in high-opportunity hospitals.
• Onboard and train new physicians through the surgeon pathway with Marketing and Clinical teams.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
• Build surgeon champions and KOL relationships to accelerate growth.
• Partner with leadership on territory expansion, forecast accuracy, and growth strategy.
• Mentor Territory Managers and Associate Territory Managers on account planning and utilization growth.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Marketing teams to maximize scheduling and drive efficiency (AquaDays).
• Develop and execute utilization strategies for each account with staffing models and workflow integration.
