PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to lead launch excellence for Aquablation therapy and drive growth across a strategic territory in the United States. You will build surgeon champions, deepen hospital partnerships, and execute growth strategies that expand procedural volume and market penetration.

In this role you will guide physicians through training pathways with Marketing and Clinical teams, optimize scheduling and utilization, and mentor junior managers.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years in medical sales, Urology / OR preferred.
• Startup or strategic sales experience in high-growth MedTech.
• Ability to mentor Territory Managers and lead teams.
• Clinical proficiency within Aqua Academy program within 60 days post-training; optional 30 days coaching.

Mansioni

• Lead territory launch and drive system adoption in select hospitals.
• Mentor Territory Managers on account planning and growth.
