Job summary

Branch Financial, LLC is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to own a defined state or set of states, driving growth with independent agencies. This role blends field presence with relationship-building to expand production, with a remote-first culture and occasional travel to client agencies.

You will coach agencies on Branch's quoting platform, manage a targeted agency list, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and Operations to remove production barriers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role where you owned a defined geography or book of business.
• ~ Comfort and experience with managing a high-travel, self-directed field schedule.
• ~ Strong in-person presentation and group training skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with agency principals and producers.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Branch to agency principals and producers, driving adoption of Branch's quoting tools and coaching agencies toward writing business that fits our appetite.
• Transform a remote, digitally delivered agency management model into an in-person, field-based approach; manage a disciplined week and bring field insights back to Branch.
• Build and segment a target agency list, manage pipelines, track production targets, and adjust plans to close gaps.
• Conduct in-person agency visits, lunch-and-learns, and local events to strengthen face-to-face relationships with principals and producers.
• Clearly communicate Branch's value proposition, appetite, and differentiators to target producers.
