Job summary

Branch Financial, LLC is hiring a Senior Territory Manager to own a defined state set, driving growth with independent agencies in a field-based role. You will carry a production target, manage a pipeline of agencies, and coach on using Branch's quoting tools to write business.

This remote-first role rewards high performance, with a base pay structure reflecting experience, and stock options as part of compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role where you owned a defined geography or book of business.
• Comfort and experience with managing a high-travel, self-directed field schedule.
• Strong in-person presentation and group training skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with agency principals and producers.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Branch to agency principals and producers, driving adoption of Branch's quoting tools and coaching agencies.
• Lead in-person agency visits, lunch-and-learns, and local events to build relationships.
• Build and manage a target agency list and a pipeline of appointments, quotes, and bound premium.
• Communicate Branch's value proposition and differentiators to target producers.
