Job summary

Branch Financial, LLC is a remote-first company seeking a Senior Territory Manager to own a defined state(s) and grow production with independent agencies. The role emphasizes face-to-face presence, relationship building, and coaching agencies to use Branch's tools and to write business aligned with Branch’s appetite.

You'll manage a high-travel, self-directed schedule, lead in-person events, and partner with multiple internal teams to remove production barriers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role.
• Strong in-person presentation and group training skills.
• Comfort with a high-travel, self-directed field schedule.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Branch to agency principals and producers, driving adoption of Branch's quoting tools.
• Lead in-person agency visits, lunch-and-learns, and local events to build relationships.
• Maintain a pipeline view of appointed agencies, quoting trends, and bound premium by agency.
• Communicate Branch's value proposition and differentiators to target producers.
• Coach agencies to write business that fits our appetite and risk profile.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and Operations to remove barriers to production.
