Job summary

Honeywell Fire SMB is seeking a Territory Manager II to drive business growth across NC, SC, and TN. You will focus primarily on field-level dealer engagement and strategic distribution support for Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt.

The role emphasizes coaching channel partners, engaging end-users, and maintaining accurate CRM forecasts while delivering against revenue targets and expanding market share.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strong knowledge of the low-voltage industry.
• 5+ years of proven track record in territory/sales roles.
• Experience managing dealer and distributor relationships and driving brand preference.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance across an assigned territory through third-party distributors and installing dealers.
• Develop and execute territory plans, generate demand, build pipeline, and convert opportunities.
• Coach and support channel partners, engage end-users, consultants, and influencers.
• Maintain forecasts in CRM and deliver against revenue targets while expanding market share.
