Job summary

Honeywell Fire SMB is seeking a Territory Manager II to drive growth across the NC, SC and TN territory. You will be the key commercial contact for installing dealers and distributors, promoting Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt brands, and building strong partnerships.

You'll develop territory plans, coach channel partners, generate demand, manage forecasts in CRM, and strive to expand market share while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years knowledge of the low-voltage industry.
• 5+ years working knowledge of the third-party/channel distribution model.
• 5+ years proven track record of growing product and service sales as a Territory Manager (or equivalent field sales role).
• NICET Level II certification in Fire Alarm Systems (valued).

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance across the assigned territory, working primarily through third-party distributors and installing dealers.
• Develop and execute territory plans, generating demand, building pipeline, and converting opportunities for Honeywell's commercial fire alarm brands.
• Coach and support channel partners, engage end-users, consultants and influencers, and maintain accurate forecasts in CRM.
• Deliver against product and service revenue targets while expanding market share.
