Job summary

Honeywell Fire SMB in the United States is seeking a Territory Manager II to drive growth across NC, SC, and TN, focusing on dealer partners and distributors for Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt.

You will own territory plans, develop demand, coach partners, and ensure accurate CRM forecasts while meeting revenue targets. 5+ years in low-voltage sales and NICET II certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strong knowledge of the low-voltage industry.
• 5+ years of proven territory sales or field sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial fire alarm and life safety.
• NICET Level II certification in Fire Alarm Systems.
• Experience managing dealer/distributor relationships and driving brand preference.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance across NC/SC/TN territory through third-party distributors and installing dealers.
• Develop and execute territory plans, generate demand, and build pipeline.
• Coach and support channel partners; engage end-users, consultants, and influencers.
• Maintain accurate forecasts in CRM and drive revenue targets.
• Expand market share across commercial fire alarm brands (Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, Farenhyt).
