Job summary

PNC's Lead Teller position in Lancaster, PA is based at the Centerville South Branch. The role focuses on coaching tellers to deliver a superior customer experience and to identify banking opportunities during customer interactions.

You will educate customers on options and leverage technology to enhance service. As part of the Retail Banking team, you will support branch operations, participate in performance management, and ensure adherence to policies while helping to grow customer loyalty
