Responsibilities

• Lead tellers and mentor staff to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Process a variety of customer interactions efficiently.
• Educate customers on banking options and alternatives.
• Identify opportunities and refer to branch staff as appropriate.
• Engage customers in lobby activities to promote PNC products.
• Assist the Branch Manager with performance management and hiring.
• Ensure daily teller and branch operations are accurate and compliant.
