Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors tellers to deliver a high-quality customer experience and refer opportunities to branch staff.
• Assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
