Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience.
• Identifies banking opportunities and refers customers as appropriate.
• Facilitates lobby engagement and educates customers on using digital tools.
• Supports Branch Manager with performance management and hiring decisions.
• Ensures daily operations and transactions are completed accurately.
