Job summary

PNC is seeking a Lead Teller for our Millersville branch to coach and mentor tellers while delivering a trusted banking experience. You will engage customers, educate them on options, and identify opportunities to meet their needs.

As part of the Retail Banking team, you will support branch leadership, ensure accurate daily operations, and uphold policy standards while delivering exceptional service and growth opportunities for customers and the branch.

Qualifications

1+ years of related teller experience typically required.
Strong customer service and sales orientation.
Ability to educate customers on banking options and tools.

Responsibilities

Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example in identifying opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff.
Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example in performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example with clear communication skills, transaction handling and problem resolution processes.
