Responsibilities

• Lead tellers to deliver customer experience and loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Processes a variety of customer interactions.
• Educates customers on alternatives for their financial interactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and refers as appropriate.
• Coaches and mentors tellers, guiding referrals to branch staff.
• Engages customers in lobby activities to position PNC products.
• Educates customers on managing transactions using technology and resources.
• Maintains clear communication, transaction handling and problem resolution.
• Assists Branch Manager in performance management and hiring processes.
• Ensures daily teller/branch operations are efficient and accurate.
