Qualifications

• Previous teller experience preferred.

• Ability to mentor and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Lead tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and improve customer financial wellbeing.
• Educate customers on alternatives for financial interactions and refer opportunities to branch staff.
• Coach, mentor and lead tellers in engaging with customers and positioning PNC products to meet needs.
• Ensure efficient and accurate daily branch operations and adherence to policies and procedures.
