• Identify opportunities during customer interactions and make referrals to branch staff.
• Engage customers in lobby activities and educate on options to manage transactions using technology and resources.
• Assist Branch Manager with performance management and new hire processes.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and maintain efficient, accurate branch operations.
