Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture and assists clients day-to-day.
• Coaches tellers to ensure efficient, accurate performance in branch.
• Identifies and resolves complex client servicing issues.
• Transitions clients to bankers for financial wellness conversations.
• Coordinates teller scheduling and branch operational standards.
• Maintains knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies.
• Supports onboarding and training of new tellers.
• Works Saturdays as directed by management.
• Complies with KeyBank policies and procedures.
