Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years demonstrated client relationship skills.
• 3+ years cash handling experience.
• Proven ability to lead and foster teamwork in a branch setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of the teller line and coaching to tellers at the branch.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and cross-sell opportunities.
• Observe client conversations for financial wellness opportunities and transition to a Banker when appropriate.
• Ensure branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls.
