Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Lead Teller to act as a trusted advisor within our Tacoma branch. You will be the primary troubleshooter for complex client service needs, coach tellers, and ensure day-to-day teller scheduling and branch compliance.

You will help observe client interactions and guide the team to deliver distinctive service in branch. You will be responsible for coaching tellers, observing operations, and ensuring regulatory procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• 3+ years experience in cash handling.
• Proficient with Windows-based applications and calculator.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
