• Strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller duties in an in-person branch and coach others.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Transition clients to bankers for deeper financial wellness conversations.
• Assist in onboarding and training tellers.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and branch operations for compliance.
