This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 3 years of client relationship and cash handling experience, and proficiency with Windows PCs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling.
• Proficient with Windows-based PC applications.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Lead teller functions in an in-person branch and coach other tellers.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Observe and provide coaching to tellers to enhance client experience.
• Manage teller scheduling and branch staffing within policies.
• Balance cash drawers and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote bank products and services and refer to bankers as needed.
