Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• 3+ years experience in cash handling.
• Proficient with Windows-based applications and calculator.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture and coaches tellers to enhance customer service.
• Owns day-to-day teller line operations including scheduling and supervision.
• Resolves complex client servicing issues and transitions clients to bankers for further financial wellness discussions.
• Supports onboarding and training of new tellers and ensures branch compliance with policies.
