Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• 3+ years of superior client relationship skills.
• 3+ years of cash handling experience.
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture and coaches others.
• Assumes responsibility for teller functions in branch and coaching.
• Identifies and resolves complex client servicing issues.
• Transitions clients to Bankers for financial wellness conversations.
• Observes and coaches tellers to enhance client experience and operations.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, security, and audit controls.
