Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum 3 years of cash handling experience.
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and coach tellers in branch.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Coach tellers to ensure accurate cash handling and efficiency.
• Transition clients to a Banker for financial wellness conversations.
• Assist with scheduling and branch operations.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Support onboarding and training of new tellers.
